Starting on Friday, the Ontario County Veterans Service Agency (VSA) will be closed until April 11 to allow staff members to complete an office relocation to a temporary space located at 2930 County Road 48. The move is required due to a large-scale renovation at its current offices located at 3010 County Complex Drive.
According to VSA Director Susan Smith, while the office will be closed to clients during the brief relocation period, VSA staff will remain operational and encourage clients to reach out via email at [email protected]. The VSA office phone number will remain unchanged, although will be temporarily unavailable during the move. VSA clients are asked to email staff and provide their phone number for direct assistance during the temporary closure.
“We are making every effort to expedite the shift over to our new temporary offices,” said Smith. “We want our clients to know that we are available during this time and the best way to contact us for a response will be by email.”
Smith said the renovation project is anticipated to span two years, extending through 2026.
