An Ovid man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police following a larceny complaint at the Seneca Falls Walmart store.
Michael Dove is accused of taking merchandise out of a box, handing the empty box to asset protection, and then walking past all points of sale with no attempt to render payment.
Dove was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
