A Canandaigua man will appear in Canandaigua City Court in a few weeks following his arrest for criminal possession of stolen property.
According to Canandaigua Police, the owner of a bicycle that had been stolen allegedly spotted John Morey riding it. The owner of the bike followed Morey to an Eastern Boulevard business and called the police after he confirmed the bike was his.
Morey was taken into custody and was eventually released on an appearance ticket
