A Sodus man was arrested Tuesday on charges of criminal mischief and harassment.
Jason Barabasz is accused of intentionally breaking property belonging to a roommate and subjecting the victim to unwanted physical contact during the alleged altercation.
The 46-year-old Barabasz was sent to Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
