A Penn Yan woman will appear in Village Court at a later date after she allegedly subjected another person to unwanted physical contact.
Police say the alleged incident involving 29-year-old Rachael Danson occurred in front of a child.
Danson was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
