A Steuben County man has been arrested on a felony charge of attempted rape.
Craig Ronquillo, of Hornell, is accused of attempting to have sex with a person under the age of 18 by force and forcibly touching the victim’s intimate parts. The alleged incident happened in Pulteney.
In addition to attempted rape, Ronquillo was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. The 33-year-old was released on an appearance ticket
