Details: Interested applicants will have the opportunity to speak with members of the Spectrum Leadership team for the Customer Service Representative position and answer any additional questions about the company. Applicants are encouraged to complete the online application and assessment prior to arrival. From there the applicant interview and hiring process will begin.
Customer Service Representatives provide over-the-phone cable TV support and repair services and customer self-installation assistance which keep our customers connected. These roles offer a starting wage of $20/hr., an additional $.75 shift differential for evening work hours.
In addition to a $20 minimum starting wage, employees receive comprehensive health benefits, and for eleven consecutive years, Charter has absorbed the full annual cost increase of medical, dental and vision coverage.
