A Rochester man is facing felony charges in Ontario County stemming from an incident that happened Saturday afternoon at the Target store in Victor.
Guillermo Guadalupevazquez is accused of violating a full stay-away order of protection. The 44-year-old is charged with burglary and criminal contempt.
Guadalupevazquez was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court
