A Penn Yan man is facing harassment charges following the investigation into an incident that happened in the Yates County village on March 3rd.
It is alleged that Kyle Albright subjected another person to unwanted physical contact during an altercation.
Albright was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
