A Clyde man was arrested just after midnight Monday morning following an investigation into a family trouble that occurred in the village.
Daniel Evans, Junior, is accused of biting another person in the face, restraining her while subjecting her to unwanted physical contact, and taking her phone so she was unable to call 911. The altercation occurred at a home on John Street in Clyde. Evans was charged with harassment and criminal mischief.
The 34-year-old was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court.
