Police have charged a Bath man with intentionally setting an apartment fire last June.
26-year-old Jordan Jones was arrested this week on a Superior Court warrant on felony charges of arson, criminal mischief, and reckless endangerment. Jones is accused of intentionally setting a fire inside a third-floor apartment on East William Street in the village on June 9th.
Quick action by Bath firefighters limited the spread of the fire but the building did sustain smoke and heat damage. No injuries were reported.
