A Southern Tier man was arrested Wednesday on an active arrest warrant out of Ontario County Family Court.
Matthew Poorman was originally taken into custody by Tioga County Sheriff’s Deputies and transferred custody to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The 38-year-old Vestal man was sent to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment
