A Penn Yan man was arrested Wednesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant.
The warrant for 31-year-old Todd Blauvelt was issued out of Victor Town Court after he allegedly failed to appear on a DWI charge.
Blauvelt was sent to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
