A Newark man was arrested Sunday morning following an investigation into a suspicious condition.
Police were called to Sunoco gas station in Lyons at around 7 o’clock for the report of a motor vehicle that was running with a person unconscious in the driver’s seat. Deputies performed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests on 23-year-old Kyle Mein and subsequently charged him with Driving While Intoxicated as well as Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs.
Mein was released on appearance tickets for Lyons Town Court.
