A 19-year-old Canandaigua woman was arrested Saturday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department on a violation of probation warrant out of Hopewell Town Court.
While deputies were taking Joanna Luongo into custody, she allegedly began resisting and was subsequently charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and harassment.
Luongo will return to Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the warrant and Canandaigua City Court to answer the new charges
