The investigation into a domestic incident in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Zachariah McCutcheon is accused of making unwanted physical contact with another person and also damaging several windows at the residence. McCutcheon was charged with harassment and criminal mischief. He was brought to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
