Two ATMs were recently stolen from two businesses in Yates County.
According to Lieutenant Arlyn Cunningham with the Sheriff’s Department, the burglaries at the Valley Inn and Keuka Korner in Branchport appear to be part of a larger investigation with multiple jurisdictions involved. The investigation is ongoing.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information regarding these burglaries to contact investigators at the Sheriff’s Office by calling 315-536-4438.
The department is also asking residents in the Branchport area for their help in reporting any suspicious activity they observe by calling 315-536-4438 or 911 if it is an emergency 24 hours a day.
