Seneca County Sheriff Welcomes New Correction Officers

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office held a swearing-in ceremony for two of its newest Correction Officers who recently joined the ranks. Seneca County Clerk Tina Lotz administered the oaths of office at the ceremony held at the Law Enforcement Center in Romulus.

Correction Officer Amy Ventura is returning to the Sheriff’s Office and has prior experience working in the Corrections Division.

Correction Officer Caleb Corbett comes to the Sheriff’s Office with prior experience in hospital security and starts the Basic School for Correction Officers on Monday.

Sheriff Tim Thompson remarked, “We are very happy to see them join the team and wish them the very best in the future.”
