A local woman is facing charges after police say she scratched another person’s car, which resulted in damage.
Seneca Falls Police responded to a hotel for a reported domestic incident and found Elizabeth Ake banging on a door. It was later determined the 48-year-old Waterloo woman had caused damage to the victim’s car.
Ake was charged with criminal mischief and brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim
