The investigation into a domestic incident that occurred on February 15th in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 38-year-old Penn Yan man.
It is alleged that Casey LaForce struck the victim and grabbed onto her arms to drag her back to a residence when she attempted to leave. It is also alleged that the 38-year-old LaForce had punched a door to a room where two children were sleeping during the incident.
LaForce was taken into custody and charged with harassment, unlawful imprisonment, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
