A grand jury has indicted a Schuyler County man on drug charges.
Howard Clugstone was indicted on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance by a Chemung County Grand Jury.
The Odessa man is accused of possessing half-an-ounce of a substance that included meth while in the town of Horseheads back in November.
