Police say a woman had part of her earlobe disfigured following an altercation with a 65-year-old Geneva man.
It happened during a domestic incident at Genesis Way in the town of Geneva involving Cecil Brown. He was also the restricted party in a refrain from order of protection involving the victim. Brown was taken into custody and charged with assault and aggravated criminal contempt. He was then taken to the Ontario County Jail where he is being held for pre-arraignment detention.
Brown will return to the Geneva Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
