An incident involving a debit card resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man on a criminal contempt charge.
Jason Donahue is accused of throwing a debit card at another person which struck the victim in the eye. Police say the victim was already the protected party of an order of protection against Donahue.
Following his arrest, Donahue was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
