Canandaigua Police arrested a Seneca Falls man on two separate bench warrants after he allegedly failed to appear in Canandaigua City Court on a prior petit larceny charge.
Kenneth Marvin, Junior, was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment after which he was released.
Marvin is due in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
