The investigation into an incident at a Phoenix Street establishment in Canandaigua on January 28th resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man.
31-year-old Steven Flood, Junior, was charged with harassment for allegedly pulling another person’s hair.
Flood was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
