A man wanted on an active bench warrant out of Farmington Town Court was arrested Saturday at a gas station in Victor.
Brian Strapp had an active bench warrant after she failed to appear in court to answer charges of unlawful imprisonment, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Strapp was placed in custody without incident and was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
