A Dundee man is facing charges of criminal mischief, harassment, and criminal obstruction of breathing following the investigation into a reported domestic incident.
An investigation determined that 35-year-old Travis Plowe allegedly subjected another person on Highland Drive to unwanted physical contact, which included placing his hands around the victim’s neck and damaging property.
Following his arrest, Plowe was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court.
