A local man could receive up to four years in prison when sentenced later this year after being found guilty of incest in Schuyler County Court.
Nathan Cooper, of Campbell, was found guilty in a bench trial of having anal sexual contact with a relative who was not his wife. Cooper was arrested back in November of 2022.
The 56-year-old is scheduled to be sentenced on May 9th.
