Seneca Falls Police have arrested a registered sex offender on a warrant.
The warrant was issued for Asa Poorman’s arrest after he allegedly failed to notify police of a change in address within ten days, which is required to do as a sex offender.
Poorman was charged with felony failure to register and was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
