A traffic stop early Wednesday morning on State Route 104 in Ontario resulted in the arrest of a Sodus man.
51-year-old Lee Shorter was arrested on a pending charge from a previous case where it is alleged he stole merchandise from Tops in the town of Ontario on September 13th, 2023. Shorter was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and to the jail for prints and photos.
Shorter was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Ontario Town Court.
