A fight in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a Rochester woman.
It is alleged that Vivian Figueroa struck the victim in the face using her fist, causing a laceration and swelling to occur. The victim’s glasses were also knocked off her face during the altercation and fell to the ground and broke. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the victim was taken to Newark-Wayne Community Hospital for an evaluation.
The 43-year-old Figueroa was charged with assault and criminal mischief and was released on an appearance ticket for Macedon Town Court.
