A Seneca Falls woman faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment following the investigation into a domestic incident on Friday night in Seneca Falls.
52-year-old Rhonda Cotto is accused of striking her victim with a stick and throwing items that landed in close proximity to two young children.
Cotto was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims.
