A Seneca Falls woman is facing charges in Ontario County following an incident at Darlo’s Pizza on State Route 332 in Farmington.
Elena Bulla was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, and endangering the welfare of a child for the Saturday incident.
The 21-year-old Bulla was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
