A Dundee man was arrested by Penn Yan Police following the investigation into a complaint made on January 21st.
It is alleged that 30-year-old Steven Crawfod harassed a person who is the protected party in an order of protection that was issued out of Yates County Criminal Court. Crawford was charged with harassment, criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense.
Crawford was brought to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
