An investigation by Seneca Falls Police that started last year resulted in the arrest this week of a Waterloo man.
Derrick Head is accused of spitting on someone during a domestic dispute. No injuries were reported from this incident. Head was charged with harassment and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
An order of protection was issued to the victim.
