A drug investigation in Seneca County has resulted in the arrest of a Waterloo man.
Michael Smith is accused of selling crack cocaine in the village. The 35-year-old Smith was charged with two counts each of criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Smith was arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment Court and is to appear in Waterloo Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.
