A Wayne County man was arrested in Ontario County Friday on a felony charge of aggravated criminal contempt.
It is alleged that on January 29th, Dashawn Faniel violated a duly served order of protection and assaulted the victim, causing injury.
Faniel was held for CAP arraignment at the Ontario County Jail and will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
