A Newark man is being held at the Wayne County Jail without bail after being arrested on a felony charge of predatory sexual assault against a child.
An investigation revealed that between February 2020 and August 2021, 31-year-old Angel Hernandez-Ramos engaged in sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13.
State Police allege the acts happened on several occasions in the village of Newark.
