An inmate at the Wayne County Jail was charged with “obstructing” following an investigation into a disturbance at the Lyons facility.
34-year-old David Evans is accused of pushing a correctional officer and raising his right fist in a manner as if he was going to punch the CO.
Evans was transported to the Wayne County Jail for prints and photos and released on an appearance ticket.
