A Penn Yan man was arrested by Penn Yan Police on a warrant issued out of Yates County Court.
Gregg Conley was charged with allegedly violating the terms of his probation for a prior felony DWI conviction.
Conley was arraigned in Yates County Court and sent to Yates County Jail without bail.
