The investigation into a larceny in the village of Sodus resulted in the arrest of a 65-year-old Sodus man.
The petit larceny charge against Larry McCullough stems from an investigation into an allegation that he entered the CVS Pharmacy, placed merchandise in his pockets, and exited the store without paying for the items.
McCullough was released on an appearance ticket at the Wayne County Jail where he was being held for an unrelated warrant.
