The Waterloo Police Department has added two new members to its ranks.

Daniel Munn is a current firefighter and EMT and Toby Loucks recently completed service in the U.S. Marine Corps. Both will be attending the Basic Course for Police Officers at the Finger Lakes Law Enforcement Academy next month.
