A Schuyler County man will find out next month if he is going back behind bars after he admitted to filing a false document with the county’s Court Clerk’s office in an attempt to have his prison sentence reduced.
Investigators say Kyle Rogers worked in concert with another person in filing that false document.
The 37-year-old Watkins Glen man admitted to a felony charge of offering a false instrument for filing and will be back in court on February 15th for sentencing.
