A Waterloo man was arrested Monday night on a warrant by the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Jacob Hubbs was arrested on a warrant that stems from an alleged theft that occurred at Walmart in Seneca Falls that Hubbs failed to appear in court on.
Hubbs was placed into custody and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
