A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan resulted in a Bath woman being arrested.
Kristie Seager was observed driving on Elm Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State Driver’s License. A traffic stop was initiated and she was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Seager was issued a traffic ticket to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
