A Penn Yan man has been arrested on a charge of petit larceny following an investigation by the Penn Yan Police Department.
34-year-old Jordan Daggett is accused of entering the Knapp and Schlappi Lumber Company on Lake Street in the village. It is alleged that Daggett entered the store, concealed merchandise, and then left without paying for the item.
Daggett was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
