A Marion man has been arrested for a family trouble incident that occurred on Christmas.
Cody Shurgot is accused of throwing a glass full of red wine at the victim causing the glass to make contact with the victim and spill all over the victim’s clothes.
The 31-year-old Shurgot was charged with harassment and was sent to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment
