A Penn Yan woman was arrested Thursday on a harassment charge.
It’s alleged that 19-year-old Carlie Vega subjected another village resident to unwanted physical contact during a domestic dispute on Tuesday.
Vega was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
