A Corning man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan.
A check of Dequantae Fisher’s license revealed it had been suspended. Fisher was initially pulled over for driving a car with an expired inspection sticker.
The 26-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
