A Penn Yan man has been arrested on a warrant issued out of Penn Yan Village Court.
48-year-old Andrew Henshaw is accused of violating the terms of his probation. He was taken into custody on Maiden Lane without incident.
Henshaw was taken to the Yates County Jail where he awaited centralized arraignment.
